TO ENTER: Complete the Contest Registration form at https://www.chocolatetext.com/choctology Found by clicking the microphone on the middle of the page-then enter your information requested and save the form. Contest is open from March 14, 2016 through Saturday, March 27, 2016. It may be extended if desired by Management. No methods of entry other than the methods specifically described herein will be accepted. ChocolateText. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries or unsuccessful attempts to enter; technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind. Incomplete entries and/or entries not received by the deadline will not be eligible. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM ET on March 14, 2016 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on March 25, 2016. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Prizes will be sent out by at the Sponsor’s discretion starting approximately March 19th. There is no delivery date guarantee for the prize winner-thus it may arrive later in the tournament.
LIMIT: ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER MAILING ADDRESS, PER OUTER-MAILING ENVELOPE. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different identities or by any other method will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Including shipping and handling to any point in the US that the USPS delivers to. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $76.00 per prize.
Sponsor will select winners from Monday 3/14/16 through Saturday 3/19/16 from all entries placed throughout the period, unless otherwise decided by management to extend.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED (12): $912
If any prize is not claimed by or utilized on the specified date, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given.
DRAWING: Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted daily after March 14, 2016 from among all eligible entries. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until such participant’s eligibility has been verified and such participant has been notified by Sponsor that such verification is complete. All decisions of Sponsor regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners shall be notified by e-mail, as Sponsor shall determine. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a winner does not respond to the prize notification as directed within three (3) days of the attempted notification date. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries in a similar random drawing. Upon disqualification, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is free to enter and open to legal USA residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family or those living in the same household as employees of Sponsor, SiriusXM Radio, and each of their respective parent companies, promotional licensees, prize providers, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, owners and agents, are ineligible to enter. The Sweepstakes shall be void where prohibited by law and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. New Jersey State law governs this Sweepstakes without regard to any principles of conflict of laws.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees (including income and withholding taxes). No substitution of prizes is permitted by any winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, returned or unclaimed prizes that are mailed or shipped to prize winner. The prizes (or any portion thereof) are not for resale, cannot be redeemed for cash, are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount, premium or rebate offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) is unavailable. Acceptance of any prize (or any portion thereof) constitutes the winner's certification that s/he meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Prize acceptance also constitutes permission to use names, photographs and likeness of winner for any purpose, including without limitation advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice, approval, consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and Sponsor's agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and prize providers may use the entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for marketing, such as to notify the entrants of a product or promotion that may be of interest to them. By entering, entrants consent to such use of their personal information.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, without limitation, errors in these Official Rules or advertising for this Sweepstakes, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part of it. By entering, each entrant agrees at all times to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sterling Mets, L.P., and each of their respective parent companies, promotional licensees, prize providers, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, general and limited partners, directors, officers, owners, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, injuries, illness, death, accidents, losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from any and all activity related to entering and/or participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), (ii) disclaim any implied warranty and (iii) will not be responsible for adverse weather conditions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppages or any other events outside of their control that may affect the winners’ ability to use the prizes (or any portion thereof). Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. If due to a printing, production, technical, programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entries. Entries that are obtained through unauthorized sources are void. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
For a list of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after the drawing date to Winners List, Chocolatetext, at the address below. Requests received without a self-addressed, stamped envelope will not be filled (VT residents, no SASE required).
